Manage Only: If your rental is currently tenant occupied and you would like for us to take over the management, we are happy to do so. We will need a copy of the current lease and the security deposit must be transferred to the Norton Agency. We will then start collecting the money and receiving the phone calls for all tenant needs.
Lease Only: Our lease only option includes advertisement and showing of your property and taking phone calls from prospective tenants. Completion of the prospect’s application process includes credit and criminal background checks. An inspection will be completed with the new tenant as well as collecting security deposit and first month’s rent. We will then forward a copy of the lease, inspection, and security deposit to you.
